Jim Vernon started Vernon Construction and Remodeling while needing work done on his own home at Cedar Creek Lake. After extensive research and meetings, he realized there was a real need for a local contractor who built homes based on these 3 core principles:

Years later, these three core principles still lay the groundwork for every new home or renovation.
The Vernon team has certainly grown over the years. Jim and a team of two, has grown to a team of 30+ along with the best team of state licensed professionals and the skill set to match the project, not to mention las years addition of his daughter and project manager Kristin Bartlett.
This trusted team gives Vernon C+R the ability and skillset to complete projects more efficiently and ensure no detail is overlooked.
